Jason is a thoughtful and visionary leader with extensive experience working at a top-tier asset management firm that grew rapidly from $6B/40 employees to $62B/110 over 15 years. He leads client service, marketing, operations, and technology teams to develop and execute strategic solutions that support asset growth through the delivery of world-class client experiences, enterprise risk reduction, and operational excellence. As a skilled problem solver adept at collaborating across functional areas and third parties, he is uniquely qualified to help you scale your organization.While working for Harding Loevner, he served as the face of the firm to institutional clients totaling ~$20B in AUM while overseeing a team responsible for client relationships, onboarding, reporting, portfolio management, presentations, client service, and pooled vehicle management. He partnered with senior leadership on key initiatives to transform client service delivery, raising service levels during a period of rapid growth. These initiatives included implementing new systems (Eze OMS/Compliance, Geneva, FactSet, MSCI ESG, Glass Lewis), optimizing pre- and post-trade compliance, syncing operational workflows/data across teams and systems, and developing firmwide centers of excellence. His efforts also included implementation of the firm’s first robotic process automation (RPA) solution, transformation of SMA/UMA trade management, and optimization of Eze OMS workflows and reporting to support best execution.Having helped engineer one of the true asset management success stories of the past 20 years, Jason now uses his expertise and leadership to partner with other visionary firms on finding their own paths to extraordinary growth.He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania

Once we're knowledge about your needs and daily operations, we collaborate with you to develop an action plan to integrate into your day-to-day and drive improvements.
We work side-by-side with your team to own and oversee operations while continuing to evaluate risks and opportunities. We ask to meet with senior stakeholders bi-weekly, at a minimum, to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
